Department of Internal Affairs and Infrastructure
Purpose: Oversee internal governance, services, and infrastructure development.
Personnel:

Infrastructure Manager: Oversees infrastructure planning and development.

Overseen by the Counsel of Advisors: All developments must be approved by Counsel of Advisors, led by Cacique Ojeda.

Specialized Bodies:
A. Council of Iron Will
Purpose: Mediate disputes and promote nonviolent conflict resolution.
Personnel:
Lead Mediator: Manages conflict resolution programs and
training.
Assistant Mediator: Supports outreach and administrative duties.
Minimum Team Size: 2 full-time staff.
B. Judicial System
Purpose: Ensure justice, constitutional compliance, and resolution of internal disputes.
Personnel:
Chief Justice: Oversees legal matters and presides over cases.
Clerk of Court: Manages legal documentation and administrative processes.
Minimum Team Size: 2 full-time staff.
Overall Staffing and Responsibilities
Total Core Staff Across Departments: 16 full-time personnel.
Core Government Departments: 11 full-time staff.
Specialized Bodies: 4 full-time staff.
Governance Support Office: 1 full-time staff.
Volunteers and Part-Time Roles:
Assist with cultural events, community outreach, and special initiatives as needed.
Efficiency Measures Multi-Functional Roles
Staff are cross-trained to handle related responsibilities in multiple departments.
Technology Integration: Use digital platforms to streamline administrative processes, citizen engagement, and resource management.
Collaborative Partnerships: Collaborate with external organizations, diaspora communities, and NGOs to reduce costs and share resources.
Duties:

Provide essential services such as healthcare, education, water, and waste management (coordinated with external partners for diaspora citizens).

Develop and maintain digital and physical communication systems.

Manage internal administrative operations and ensure efficient government services.

Plan for long-term infrastructure needs, such as virtual platforms for citizen engagement.

Offer community-based conflict resolution services for citizens.

Train mediators in Indigenous dispute resolution methodologies.
-
Conduct outreach to promote peace and understanding within the diaspora.

Interpret and enforce the Maya-We Constitution and Charter.

Adjudicate internal disputes and appeals from citizens

Provide legal guidance to the governing bodies.

Assist with cultural events, community outreach, and special initiatives as needed.
